Maríuvöttur (Alchemilla faroënsis) vex
ađeins á Austurlandi. Ţar er hann nokkuđ algengur, ekki sízt til fjalla.
Hann minnir mjög á ljónslappa og maríustakk í útliti. Blómin eru nánast eins, en
blöđin eru frábrugđin. Ţau hafa grynnri skerđingar en á ljónslappa en dýpri
skerđingar en á maríustakki. Auk hinnar samfelldu austfirzku útbreiđslu
hefur maríuvötturinn stungiđ sér niđur nyrzt í Köldukinn og í
Flateyjardal, og einnig viđ Auđbjargarstađi og Fjöll í Kelduhverfi.
Maríuvötturinn vex frá láglendi upp í 600-650 m hćđ, hćst fundinn
í 800 m á Teitutindi og 725 m á Dalatindi í Mjóafirđi (Hjörleifur
Guttormsson). |
| Faeroeic
Lady's-mantle (Alchemilla faeroensis) is found only in the East
of Iceland. It is rather common in that region, even more frequent in the
mountainsides than in the lowland. The flowers are like in the other
Lady's-mantles, but the leaves are different. They are deeper dissected
than the common Lady's-mantle, almost half way down, while the leaves of
the Alpine Lady's-mantle are divided all the way down. The Faeroeic
Lady's-mantle grows frequently up to 600-650 m elevation in the mountains,
its highest locality is at 800 m in Teitutindur, and 725 m in Dalatindur
in Mjóifjörđur. Besides the continuous occurrence of Faeroeic
Lady's-mantle in the far east, isolated populations are found in a few
locations in the North of Iceland. The species is considered endemic to
Iceland and Faeroes. |
